Pre / Post Sales Support
Interchange offers pre and post-sales support via the telephone or email. Our technical department offers help with fixes, service packs and best practices. Consultation is also available for fault finding either on site or remotely by dial in to the customer unit.
Pre-sales Citrix and VMware technical support is available at no charge to our reseller customers. We also offer a FREE on site pre-sales technical support service for resellers working on qualified sales opportunities.
